Happy New Year. The high temperature of the day was -1 Celsius. In addition to this (95% percentile high since 1901) being a harbinger of the collapse of our planet’s ecosystem, it had a terrible effect on the debilitating back pain I was experiencing. Ok, off to a great start – let’s see if I can do better. Hint: It won’t happen right away.
